The landscape images found on this page are a selection from my African landscape photography gallery, albeit with a few exceptions. These landscape images depict some of the beauty and diversity of Africa and other places of great beauty around our natural world,  I hope you enjoy this landscape photography gallery and return often to this page.

Being a landscape photographer makes one look at things somewhat differently. For instance, black and white landscape photography opens up another dimension to the photographer. Being able to produce a fine art photography gallery, giving, depth,  lines and textures to images not normally seen in colour photographs. From these photo’s often one can produce landscape photo prints to mount in the home or office.

Nature Photography

I constantly strive to look at mother nature’s landscapes in as many different ways as I can.  If you have looked at my about me page, you will see I primarily shoot wildlife and birds and run guided photo safaris in South and Southern Africa with other destinations always being planned, so landscape photography is a challenge on the whole.

Landscape photography, however, was a natural progression to run in parallel with my current genres of photography and I strive to create better landscape images to provide the viewer with a sense of what I saw and felt at the time.

With this in mind, I want to make landscape photography a part of some of my current wildlife and birding tour itineraries if at all possible and expand on what I can offer our guests and to provide further value to their experience with us, so stay tuned.
